Patong Bay Hill, Patong

This resort has a lot of potential, thanks to its spacious rooms and large pool area. However, the experience was marred by loud music blaring from nearby nightclubs and significant issues with customer service. Communication problems with staff and a lack of attention to the room conditions made for a less than ideal stay.

I had a great time during my stay at the hotel, which offered a nice blend of comfort and convenience, even though it's a bit farther from the city center and beach. The staff was attentive and the room was well-maintained, but some amenities, like the fitness center, were missing. The breakfast provided a good variety, and the pool areas were a nice touch for relaxation.

The hotel has a mix of experiences, with beautiful rooms that offer great views and comfort, but the main hotel area is somewhat disappointing with noise from a nightclub disrupting peace. Staff are welcoming and helpful, and the shuttle service makes visits to Patong manageable. However, dining options could benefit from more variety.
